How this website handles your information
Last updated: October 15, 2026. This page covers the suitexray.com website only. The SuiteXray assessment service has its own terms and data-processing documents, provided before an assessment starts.
What this website collects
- No cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The site does not use them.
- Language choice. The landing page is available in English, Russian, Spanish, German and French. English is the default. If you choose another language, your choice is stored only in your own browser (local storage) so the page opens in the same language next time.
- Assessment requests. The request form does not send anything by itself. It opens your email app with a prepared message. We receive your company name, work email and any details you add only if you send that email.
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like any web host, Azure processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
We use the details in your email only to reply to your request and discuss a possible assessment. We do not sell or share them for marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent by writing to our contact address. You can clear the stored language choice at any time in your browser settings.
